Transcript Deadline - to schools or to AMCAS?

Sorry if this question is very basic but it's my first time applying to US schools. Schools have a transcript deadline - does this mean I need to mail a copy of my transcript to the school directly (I doubt it because only the registrar, not students, can send transcripts) or am I good if my application has already been verified by AMCAS and they've received my transcript?

Thanks. I just want to be sure since transcript deadlines are approaching.
