Hi,

I had all my transcripts sent to my house (sealed in
envelopes), and I was going to send them in to AADSAS
myself, along with the rest of my application.

However, upon reading instructions on AADSAS website,
they say that I have to give the Transcript Matching Form
to the registrar at my school and have her sign the
form and attach to my transcript and mail it to AADSAS.

Can I just do what I was originally planning or must I
use this matching form?

Also, I plan to have everything sent by next week.
Am I considered late in the game now, or am I still
pretty much on-time?

Thanks!

I would make sure to send the transcript matching form with the transcripts. If you don't it will probably take AADSAS longer to process your application. This would not be good since your are already turning in your app. pretty late. Its not too late by any means, but understand that many people are already getting a few interview invites. That is why I think it is important to get your app processesed ASAP, and not take any risks. Good luck.

Don't give AADSAS an excuse for screwing up your application. Send the matching form along with you transcripts, even if you have to order new transcripts.
