Transcript question

I applied this cycle with a course in progress. It is documented as "in progress" on my amcas app. Now that the course is complete and a grade is assigned, do I need to send in a transcript prior to the school's transcript deadline (listed on amcas) for these documented "in progress" classes? Thank you for the clarification.

Thank you. I started to panic that this could potentially influence the outcome of this cycle. So, should I hold off on sending any transcripts until requested? Saves a lot of $$
