Transcript vs. Grade Report

Hi, I was lazy in dropping a class (grad biochem, what was I thinking). I could have dropped it before add date, but I didn't. Now it will appear on my internal grade report, but not my transcript. The transcript is all the outside world sees. Does AMCAS assert some authority to see my internal grade report (where it is a W), or am I safe? I think I'm safe?

um, don't lie to med schools no matter what you do. W's have to be reported from my school...your school sure does seem odd that it has two levels of transcripts.

I second that. . .that transcript thing is really bizarre. I can understand that you'd want to keep this on the DL, but if it came out before you matriculated...that would suck.
