I'm curious, guys... I have credits that have no grades listed for the english classes that many schools require. This comes from my high school, which had an agreement with my university to give credit for certain courses that were taught at the college level.

I will be taking technical writing, another 3 hour English class, later this year... but do you think this will be a big obstacle in applying to med school? I really don't want to take 6 hours of English whenever I could better be using the time to take BCMP classes that will help me out on the MCATs and which I enjoy.

You'd have to contact each school you apply to see if they'll take it (if they require a certain amount of English credits). Each school seems to have a different policy.
