transfer to dental school

i am in the second year in college. I am gonna transfer to UC in the winter 2003 for undergraduate. Can i take DAT and apply to Dental school if i am on the first year in UC? I've almost finished the requirement such as bio, organic, chem, phys, and english. So how many classes do they require in UC for dental school??
Please help me!!!!
