Transfer to UK / Ireland Medical Schools after passing USMLE step 1

Which UK and Irish Medical Schools accept students of EU nationality with English as their first language, who have passed USMLE step 1 with a score of over 235 into their 3rd year (Clinical Years) ? Can any one describe the process of applying ? Fees could be paid as a foreign student if required.

can't speck for all schools but I'm pretty sure (99%) that no irish schools will accept you they don't take USMLE scores into account, I've never heard of anyone transferring from an outside school into an irish medical school 3rd year, I think the same applys to the UK schools. mostly likely they tell you to apply to graduate program or apply as a mature student and start from beginning.
