Depends on the school. Each one handles it differently, depending on your reasons for leaving your previous school.
 
I think you can in some instances, but it is not at all a sure thing.

Almost everybody hass to finish where they start.
 
It is possible, but VERY VERY hard. You need to have stellar grades in med school (like 4.0 or all honors or all pass if that's all your school has) and great MCATs for sure.

And a good reason. Helps if you are married/engaged to a student at that school.

Not many schools accept transfers though.

How possible is it to transfer if your MCATS were low but your board scores are great? Which scores are weighted more heavily?
