Transferring to Medical School from any other Health Related Profession

Hi everyone, I have a question. I was wondering if anyone here has transferred to medical school from a PA, RN, or an Optometry program. Actually, from any other health related program. I have a year off after graduating college, and I was thinking of applying to one of these programs, and transferring to medical school thereafter. Thank you.
