Transferring twice - will this be frowned upon?

I have researched plenty about transferring during undergrad but I seem to be finding conflicting advice...I started out at a small private school out of state for my freshman and sophomore years. After my sophomore year, I had to transfer to a small school in my hometown due to issues with my mental health and needing to be closer to my support network, including my parents and doctors.

I am now finished with my junior year and my parents have just told me that they can no longer pay for my school from here on out. I have two years left, and I know I can't afford my current private school. If I transfer to the large university in town, will this be frowned upon since it will be transfer #2?

No. Life happens. Just transition well and keep that GPA up.
