I've been working towards applying to medical school for about 4 years now. My co-workers have been tremendously supportive of my decision.

I've just recently run into problems with one of our ANP's. She is being extremely passive-aggressive, as well as overtly insulting when it comes to my successes and career plan. Obviously I realize it is she who has the issue... perhaps she isn't satisfied in her role as an NP. I've never once insulted NP's - I think they are critical to the future of health care.... it's just not the right path for me.

has anyone else met with this problem when they've decided to leave nursing for medicine??
