Transmission Dates

Since July 1st was the first date for AMCAS transmission, what happens as more apps are verified?
Do med schools get verified apps on a rolling basis or does it get sent to them on a particular day?

Once your app is verified it will be available for download by the institution. I imagine institutions download applications on a daily basis. There should be a very minimal amount of time between your application being verified and it being transmitted to institutions, assuming they don't screen for their secondaries.
