hey guys... I was wondering where all the larger traveling bags end up when you attend a distant interview? So far, I've only attended interviews that didn't require me to travel... and I noticed during those interviews that no one had a luggage with them. This week, I have an interview which will require me to pack up and spend at night at a hotel... so I'll have a decent size bag with me. Are we just supposed to bring it to the interview? Thanx...

I had an interview at Case so I had to travel. My flight was scheduled to leave about 4 hours after my interview was over. I took my bag with me to the interview so I could get on the train from there and head straight to the airport. I'm planning on doing it at the rest of my interviews that are out of state. What should be the big deal? I'm pretty sure that if you have to bring a bag with you to the interview it won't count against you. I'm pretty sure you are not the first one to ever do it. 🙂

I brought my luggage to all of my outstate interviews (not professional looking bag at all 😛 ) Once you check in at the school, people there will tell you where to leave them, usually in their admissions office. I know some people left their luggage at the hotel front desk if you prefer. For me, it's just a lot easier to bring everything to the interivew, so I can change my cloth right after (I can't walk too far with my heels, a girl) and go visit other places without going back to the hotel first. So don't worry. It's not a problem at all. Some schools even say you're welcome to bring your luggage to the school.
