First of all, I believe you need to take MCAT for DMD/MD joint program.

And for schools, I think it all depends on your DAT score.
If you get 20+, I think you can get into most of schools. Even if you get 18~19, you should still have good chance.
Apply to your state schools, and add a few privates to the list.

why not apply and find out? Your gpa seems cpmpetetive enough
 
I'm a Texas resident and applied to 11 schools outside of Texas. (I hated doing both TMDSAS and AADSAS) Look for schools that accept a high number of out of staters, especially private schools. When you get your DAT scores, look at the ranges for each school.

i think my class at michigan has over 50% out of state
its a good shot.
 
For UW it seems you need to be a resident, a WICHE kid, or have a 26 AA.

But it's a great place, so why not give it a shot
