tufts, bu, or state school? (FL for me)

    State school for sure. Costs of attending Tufts and BU is very high compared to the costs of state schools. Also, Florida weather compared to Boston weather...not even close.

    I grew up right outside of Boston. I spoke with many dentists who graduated from Tufts. They all said the same thing (paraphrased): "Tufts is a good school, but if you can go somewhere cheaper, do it in a heatbeat." Tufts and BU will both set you back $300K after 4 years, while a state school you might be looking at $150K tops. That's a lot of money. I'm in a state school for this very reason, and I don't at all regret this decision.

    Its a no brainer. Let someone else pay for the majority of the tuition.
