Tufts, BU, SUNY, Einstein, etc...

i was just wondering if anyone had any experiences with these schools and if so, what did you think? i'm considering applying to them next year... are the private schools really work the money? also, with a 3.85 from a public school and a 31 MCAT, how difficult are they to get into?
