Tufts vs SUNY Upstate vs Westchester

Hey guys, any input on the following 3? I have my rank list in order but I'm second guessing. I really don't know much about these programs and they all seemed fine at the interview.

As stated in the title:

Tufts, Upstate, and Westchester.

I only interviewed at Westchester, but I heard tufts is nice. And I've heard bad things about upstate. I would do:
Tufts, Westchester, upstate.

Again this is based on what I heard. I'm sure other people will chime in. I think tufts is actually a really good program- I thought.
