Tufts vs Umass

Tufts only offers need-based aid, so I'm not sure if they would offer more. What exactly is the COA difference here?
These are both great schools, but the location is quite different. If it were me personally, I know I would be much happier in Boston, and would be willing to pay more to go there.

Crazy enough, the COA would be the exact same with the scholarship that Umass gave me (I already have a living situation in Boston figured out that would make moving to Worcester a lot more expensive).

Easy choice then - go to Tufts!
