I am just curious as to what everyone's finanancial doom (tuition and living expenses) will look like. Mine is looking like 51,000 (LECOM) for the first year. I feel like I am going to be borrowing more money than I have made in my lifetime, anyone else feel the same?

Definitely feeling that way too, but going to LECOM is a good decision in the financial department. Not sure if it makes you feel any better, but my award for first year is just over $68K :scared:

Third year: $66K and change. You get used to it.

going to lecom so i'm in the same boat as you. Unfortunately, this boat is sinking fast!

I expect to spend 10 years as an attending paying it off...

That's why you become a plastic surgeon and practice in Beverly Hills and marry a sugar daddy! (Or sugar momma)

It's a joke, I promise. That's not really my plan. But it WOULD work! :)
