Tulane ACP program's waitlist requirement

Does anyone know if a "HOLD" would satisfy the waitlist requirement for the Tulane ACP program?
First time posting on here, I would appreciate any guidance anyone can offer me.

Possibly? If it's a post ii hold I would think it would count, if it's pre-interview then I doubt it. Your best bet is to call the program and check with them. I did a master's through Tulane's CMB and I know we always heard about the anatomy certificate but never got any details.
