Tulane vs. Quillen College of Medicine (ETSU)

I have acceptances to both and could use some insight from current or former students, ADCOM members, and others.

The main issue here is I can cover the cost of Quillen through the GI Bill and savings, but can't do the same with Tulane, which amounts to roughly 60K more. That is unless, I have some scholarships that come through or I take out loans.

In addition to cost, what are some things to consider about the programs that I might have missed?
