TURK BOULEVARD APTS at UCSF

Has anyone lived in the UCSF student housing (TURK BOULEVARD) or visited it?

Can you say anything about the one bedroom versus the double? Is it worth the extra money to stay in the one bedroom? Is the double a lot bigger than the one br?

Is University Housing really worth it?--ie. worth sharing a room in University Housing as opposed to getting your own room in another complex?

If you are considering UCSF student housing, you should check it out by visiting. I have several classmates who lived at the Turk apartments. Most were very happy with the situation. There is a shuttle that runs to campus for transportation. Other options would include getting an apartment somewhere in the city. Most of my classmates live within a mile or two of campus (i.e. inner & outer sunset, cole valley, mission, etc). Prices vary, so you'll have to do some investigating.
