Two different year-long positions in same med student organization

I was wondering if it would be optimal to list this all as one entry in volunteer or as two separate entries? It looks better and is clearer with two, but mainly my concern is making it look like I'm overselling by listing two entries for the same organization, even though I served in two entirely different roles (president and vice president) over those two years

Yes. Just put:

"Student organization xxx - Vice president 2011-2013, President 2013-2014" or something like that
