Two gap years- masters or employment

I am planning on taking 2 gap years (currently a senior in undergrad). Is it worthwhile to do a masters (perhaps in public health) if my GPA is already competitive (>3.85)? Or should I gain more clinical/non-clinical valuable employment experiences through scribing/MA, Americorps, etc. ? Any and all help would greatly appreciated, especially by adcom members!
