Two interviews, one waitlist, and radio silence from every other school... Good or bad sign?

I submitted my DO applications late September-October, with them being complete all by the end of late October. Since then, I've received two interviews in December and was waitlisted for my top choice in January. For all the other schools, I've heard basically radio silence since I've been completed. I've seen some applicants being rejected pre-II already so I was wondering do I still have a chance at other programs?

For reference, cGPA>3.5, sGPA>3.7, MCAT>497 with even spread, good ec's, tons of strong LORS, clinical experience.

There is still time but it is never a bad idea to look at your application and see what you would like to improve on just in case you do not get accepted this cycle.
