1. Do Fellowship programs typically expect you to have taken Step 3 in time to apply (I guess that would mena by the end of your intern year)?

2. I am interested in doing a Nephrology fellowship following my Residency but I am having difficulty finding programs that have the third year for transplant specialization. I checked FRIEDA and it only lists the two year programs. Does anyone know where I can find a list of all the three year programs?

Hi

You're not expected to have your Step 3 when you apply, but it looks better if you do. For your transplant year, you can do a 2y fellowship and then 1y of transplant elsewhere.
