1709 is Rayhan

Thank you for your website. It's been an unbelievable help.

I agree. Question though for xaelia or anyone else who can answer it: why do some profile numbers come up when I search them, but others don't? Like, when I search 922, I can find it, but I can't find 1709. 😕

"i'd like to thank all the haters who made it possible for me to be among the top 3 in comments..." ahaha

it was getting so out of control, i just hid like half of them off of my page. it was just becoming a crazy AA debate! most of the comments were positive, but it was enlightening to see the range of reactions, and how many people think i'm unworthy and just playing the system. hopefully they won't be my classmates...or i just won't know it anyways 😉

Ah mdapplicants. Scaring the crap out of people since 2004.

MDapplicants used to scare the bejezzus out of me... I am sure it has deterred some people from applying.

Edit: It is still a great site and can also give people hope!

Sorry you have to put up with that Somewhere...people are just jealous and insecure...anyway this makes you like a celebrity!

Actually, (well, maybe not really looking at those averages on there), I found a great deal of comfort in mdapplicants. There are enough random people on there with regular stats getting into great schools that lead you to believe "why not me". I blame them for my applying to 28 schools.

When I try #1709 I get a blank screen for a few seconds (lots of text to load in that profile) but eventually it comes up for me.

yeah, i haven't really been disheartened by mdapplicants.com, and it's been informational at times. it also provides me with a quick summary of my own application process and has served in a "personal organizer" sort of role.

Notice how those people don't sign their names to their comments too. Very brave, indeed.

Congrats, even though you are a URM and unworthy. j/k

HA! I remember feeling like this when I first found mdapplicants. Then I found SDN--now I feel much better since everyone on this site is so average.

Yes. I can't compete with his comments. He has over 50!

I get 2nd place though. 😛

Thanks for making this useful site, xaelia!

Just to make you feel better Tacrum, those anonymous comments are all mine. I suffer from multiple personalities and keep wishing myself good luck.

Oh gosh. 2081 is me. 😳

Hmm...does that mean you can have multiple applications? Maybe you of your other selves got that MCW invite. You better go hunt the bastard down before he steals your spot. 🙂

Yea I really like MDapplicants, but I wish more average applicants would be brave enough to post their stats and their story.

Shall we thank the Academy together? I'm trying to figure out how to put this on my resume.

That dumb bastard personality of mine, got the invite, declined the offer and packed his bags and headed for Hollywood to become a busboy/actor.
