What are my chances of getting into a Texas Med School? I am resident of Texas, but went to school in California. I'm planning on applying to about 13 MD schools (mostly in Texas) and about 7 D.O. schools.

Overall GPA: 3.54
sciGPA: 3.4
MCAT: 34 O

Extracurriculars:
-Appx. 150 hrs of shadowing various specialities (cardiologist, ob/gyn, endocrinologist, general surgeon) and a primary care physician
-50 hrs of breast cancer outreach
-100 hrs at volunteering with Planned Parenthood
-100 volunteering in the hospital and hospice
-50 hrs volunteering at the Ronald McDonald House

I'd say your chances at getting an interview are decent at Tech and A&M, and good at TCOM. Is your MCAT fairly balanced?

If you can get an MCAT score of 34, and maybe raise the science GPA a bit more if you don't already have a steep upward grade trend with some As in upper-level Bio, and beef up your ECs further with some teaching and/or leadership activity, besides research if possible, I think your chances at a Texas school would be good.

The projected clinically-related activities look fine.
