U CONN Farmington Psychiatry Program

Any ideas what the program is like? I interviewed there and found it to be very academic and research oriented program. The chairman-acting PD talks about changing the direction of Psychiatry training, with major emphasis on community Psych. I have seen the last few years Match stats and one or two positions have been going unmatched every year. Any input on this.
