What do you do outside the classroom. Get involved with some things you ENJOY. As long as it's something in the morally acceptable range (exotic dancing, robbing dorm rooms don't count) and you show true committment to it, it should work to help strengthen you as an applicant, let alone as a person.

I was a crises line counselor for sexualt assault domestic violence center for a year aswell as I Hosted a radio show for UC.Davis Radio. Other then that I helped my dad with farming a stuff..that's about it..
The 3.2 isn't a big problem. There are people with GPAs like that on this board who are getting interviews. Just make sure you have good MCATs and some ECs to back it up (the one you have there sounds good).
As to the review class... Like USeF said, we've been over this too many times before! 😀 It's my contention that courses are a waist of time and money. You're better off just taking the time and studying on your own. But do a search, and you'll get a whole bunch of various opinions on that one.

If you can, try to get a little experience in the clinical realm, volunteering in a hospital, at a hospice, etc. Choose something about which you're genuinely excited.
I think the question of whether or not to take a prep course really depends upon what kind of a learner you are. If you learn very well independently, perhaps better than you do in class, then I'd say forgo the class and study on your own. If, on the other hand, you need some additional motivation and discipline, then by all means take the course.
In terms of applying, in general. . . others may disagree with me on this note, especially since I have a tendency to be (excessively?) idealistic, but a general rule of thumb I've always upheld has been to avoid focusing on "getting in" and instead focusing on developing the skills (both intellectual and interpersonal) that will help me to be a GOOD DOCTOR. THe two go hand in hand...but are not one and the same! Participate in activities that you truly enjoy; explore; learn. These things may manifest themselves in different ways, and will ultimately help you with other areas of life aside from getting into med school.
Just a few thoughts. 🙂 Good luck in your pursuits!

Ummm actually, me, scoob and MD2Be are forming a triumvrate (sp? but i don't give a ****) and are going to take over SDN. We can't tell you the day of our assault, but it will be swift, severe, and complete.
