U of Rochester pre-sec rejection

Hey guys. I'm under the impression that U of Rochester does some type of a pre-sec screening before sending applicants log-in info to access their secondaries. My questions are: is this true? and if it's true, what are those pre-sec standards? (i.e. minimum gpa, mcat score, etc.)

According to MSAR, Rochester doesn't screen. Try emailing them to see what the hold up is.
