U/S Help

hey guys
starting a new practice, and looking to buy my own U/S
I found a refurb GE Logiq E with linear probe for 25K. Have heard decent things about Terason T 3200, but cannot seem to find one or get a quote.
Have used Sonosite extensively in past (S Nerve and M turbo) but now that I am going private I think they are too pricey.

Thoughts?
Any rumors that U/S will get bundled soon? I do not want to make the investment and then get hosed 6 mos from now...

Ditto What Ducttape put, U/S reimbursement for Medicare for First Coast Florida etc has specifically put out a statement regarding this and that they do not feel it is being correctly coded for nerve and joint injections which seems like complete BS if you look at the description of the code. If I were new in practice, I would definitely think that the 25 Gs could be put toward something more useful.
