Iowa because, while it has three syllables just like Washington, it uses six fewer letter to accomplish that feat.

you do have a tough choice. these two schools are 2 of 4 schools that really define what a medical school should be like (the other two are UCSF and UCSD). these progams are the only ones in the country that are strong in both research and primary care, making them bimodal.

when looking between UW and UI i would chose UW. their program is stronger in both measures. super great city. diverse patient population. top notch hospitals. second best skiing in north america. yes! better than colorado, while vancouver, B.C. takes first place.
