This is from their website: http://www.ucdmc.ucdavis.edu/ome/admissions/requirements.html
* Upper division biological science requirement can be satisfied by one semester or 2 quarters of Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology or Genetics. Admission to medical school requires that the applicant will have an understanding of fundamental concepts of biomedical science. Although a biochemistry course is not absolutely required for admission, it is strongly recommended.
I'm just curious, would Biochem, molecular biology, and genetics count if they aren't "upperdivision" at my school? At UCI:
Genetics = Bio97
Biochem = Bio 98
and Molec.Bio = Bio 99?
They just had to be 3 numbers too low
