UCLA and Loma Linda Acceptances

Hi Everyone,

Just a request for those of you who will eventually be accepted at Loma Linda or UCLA and have interviews schelduled elsewhere. If you wish to accept those acceptances and not be interviewed at USC, UCSF, or any other International Dental program, please let the schools know (especially the California schools) immediately that you will not be coming for the interview. This way, those of us who are on interview waiting (alternate) lists may be called at the last minute for an interview and have a chance for admission. Best of luck to everyone who has been called so far and those who are waiting to be called.

I don't know about Loma Linda, but UCLA told us to expect results in the middle of November, so I don't think anybody will know before the other interviews in California schools start.

Maybe Loma Linda will have their responses out by the end of the month. I heard UCLA will be sending out results on Nov.4th. I am on the alternate list for USC so I am praying for a miracle.

UPENN will release the results of the first group on first week on NOV, Loma Linda will mail them on NOV 7th.
So for USC practical you should know about UPENN and will get LOMA LINDA results when you go back home.

Yes, UCLA invites one batch. Only if they can not fill the class from this batch, tehy will invite more.

UCLA has only one batch , Unfortunately if you havent heard from them yet , you will not.

anyone received any mail regarding waitlist at UCLA or LLU??

and if anyone is accepted at both schools..hopfully they have choosen where they want to go by now so that the rest of us waiting to hear from schools , get to know if we will be getting in this year!!??.
Please kindly make up your decisions sooon..and give others also a chance instead of holding on to 2 acceptances at schools...
