UCLA Consumer Debt Question

Does anyone understand what " Consumer debt
at graduation from college means"? This is seperate from any outstanding loans.

Any advice?

That means debt outside of home loans (that is a common one in this crowd 😉 ), school loans, etc.

Consumer debt is what you wrack up on the credit cards from all of those stores. I do not believe car loans would fall into consumer debt, but I am not totally sure about that.
