UCLA HS transcript!!? Help!

Anyone know the details for the HS transcript UCLA requires. My transcript I received was in a form of a poor quality Xerox. Also I am not sure if I should submit my SAT scores with it. My SAT scores are not stellar, so I'de rather just send my grades. What should I do. Or what does UCLA want?

You can't send in the xerox copy you received; you'll have to get an official version in a sealed envelope from your highschool. You can then forward this to UCLA, or you can have your highschool send out the transcripts directly to UCLA. You don't need to report your SAT scores.
