UCLA Personal History Form

I received an acknowlegdement receipt card from ucla last week and on it it says to "turn in the Personal History Form no later than 10 days of receipt of the card." Is ucla really strict on this b/c I don't think I can turn it in on time? I probably need a week more. Do you guys know if they care if you turn it in a little later.

Also are you guys typing or printing on the personal history form?

I'm printing on mine. Yeah but I also want to know if you can turn it in later b/c I'm outta town right now and will have to turn it in a few days late.
