UCSD letters of rec due date?

are we suppose to send our letters of rec anytime now? the secondary notes that they want "supplemental forms" no later than a month from their email. does this include letters of rec? i'll send my UCSD sec. soon but my letters will get there quite later since one letter won't won't even be finished until sept. 19.

I called UCSD with the same question. She said that the letters don't have to be there by the same day as the secondary.
