UCSF acceptance

I don't have one, but I knew it would draw attention. Anyway, say UCSF accepts me and I send in my intent to register, then Harvard admits me in March, what happens? Do I withdraw my intent from UCSF or what? Doesn't that defeat the purpose of rolling admissions? Or am I altogether obligated to withdraw my applications from other schools? That would be terrible. I really don't know how this works, sorry.

You can keep as many acceptances as you desire until May (1st or 15th, I forget at the moment). If you are lucky enough to get into UCSF and Harvard, for instance, you'll have a couple months to decide on where to go. After that date, however, you will have to withdraw from all but one school. Theoretically the deposits are refundable until then, until specified.

But someone else posted that you have 2 weeks to respond to UCSF, 4 to send in transcripts. So what does that mean, at least the 2 week part?

You have 2 weeks to decide if you want to accept the offer right now...go ahead and do it. If you get into Harvard later, you can still withdraw from UCSF, all the way up until that date in May.
