Hey you guys....I just registered today...thanks to Triangulation who referred me to this site. I'm currently a 1st year UCSF pharmacy student and if any of you have questions regarding our curriculum, housing, or any questions please feel free to contact me. I would also like to say "congratulations" to all of you who got acceptance letters to UCSF. 🙂

Is an interview required at UCSF? What is the average GPA/PCAT score for admitted students at UCSF pharmD program? How much is the in-state tuition rate?

For UCSF, an interview is required. You don't need to take the PCAT (so happy...since I don't like to take tests). The average GPA is around a 3.4, but don't be discouraged if you have a lower GPA. Some of my classmates got in with a GPA of around 3.0 and this is due to the extracurricular activities that they were involved in and work experience. The in-state tuition is around $8,000, this is really nice since I heard that USC is around $27,000 just for tuition.
