UDS billing

How are you guys billing out your UDS now? I've changed to the presumptive code G0477 but am getting kick back from my Medicare payor. They're saying it's out of my scope of practice as I'm clia waived. My billing system is also kicking back saying the QW modifier is not appropriate with this code.

I take that back, I just checked my claims from today. Medicare must have just updated this code as it now requires a QW modifier for claims on 2/1/16.

so how're you exactly billing cup UDS test now to get paid? I assume this is what you do.
