Has anybody recently interviewed at UF and been accepted? I was just wondering if they actually call you if you are accepted, or if it just says on your letter that you receive about a week later. Basically I'm wondering if the letter means that you are put on hold. Thanks for all the help! I'd love to hear feedback.

No one is officially designated to call you. My interviewer emailed me when I was accepted but it is really their choice as to whether they email or call you. If none of your interviewers choose to email or call you it does not mean you are rejected or anything and you may just have to wait until the mail comes to find out if you've been accepted.

I don't know if this is how the phone call usually is, but the committee called me at the end of their Monday meeting. This was back in October, so I don't know if they are still doing this. I wouldn't count on the phone call.
