I have a 2 BDR, 1 Bath, garage and fenced backyard in Prairie Village on the Kansas side. The landlord is very friendly and will consider pets. I have a 100 lb. black lab that has not been a problem. The rent will be $775/mo.......a great deal for the area and the house!
