UK, Sweden or Switzerland?

Hi,
I am currently a third year medical student at University Medical School of Debrecen, Hungary. Due to the insane health care system and working conditions here, I’d definitely like to do my speciality training (paediatrics or neurology) abroad. I’m considering the UK, Switzerland and Sweden. (Unfortunately, it would be too costly to even try the US, so it’s out of question).
I speak English, some german (working on it), and planning to start learning swedish asap.
So could someone please give me some advice on where to start, or share some experiences, or just help me estimate what my chances are.
