Ultrasound / Regional Atlas recommendations..

Guys,
With the demise of medical bookstores and Amazon's crappy search results, I have experienced much buyer's remorse... Sigh, I miss the days of browsing bookstores.
Could anyone recommend a good regional anesthesia atlas with good ultrasound images?
I can do the blocks and catheters, I just want a book to leaf through when I want to refresh my memory.

Things I have tried:

• Atlas of Ultrasound Guided Regional Anesthesia, 1st edition, Gray. Images are mediocre. (2009 edition) ISBN 978-1437705812
• Block jocks is great, however, I don't want to pay every year like cable. Better for learning new techniques rather than refreshing memory.
• Don't like iphone apps, etc...
• My favorite is actually the Pajunk posters we keep in block room, but they are only accessible via an 'app'
• (I will try to scan these and post if possible...)

What's so great about a book with static images?

Primarily because I am cheap...
I keep electronics beyond their expected lifetimes and software upgrades render apps obsolete.
Or more frequently, render the electronic item obsolete...
Youtube videos are great but only have limited lifespan and are taken down...
Books last forever.

YouTube vids can also last forever by converting / downloading them
