SGU students will rotate at NJMS-held clinical spots if I interpret this correctly

My thoughts:

1. If this happens, SGU citizens will probably rotate at the worst hospitals in Camden and Newark, and students probably will not take spots away from UMDNJ students. Even if UMDNJ and SGU students do rotate at the same hospital, I imagine it'll be parallel to Brooklyn hospitals where Carib and SUNY Downstate students rotate together: the SUNY kids get treated better and get first grab at things (at least this is my understanding)

2. With UMDNJ's track-record of illegal financial activities, I'm interested to know who's making money off of this
