UMDNJ Newark GSBS or BU MAMS? (NJ resident)

Hey everyone I am a premed hopeful and was wondering if I could get some advice. I was accepted into the UMDNJ Newark MBS program and the BU MAMS program for fall 2008. I am a NJ resident so have the best chance of getting into a UMDNJ school for fall 2009. Should I go to the UMDNJ program because it may help me for UMDNJ and is a lot cheaper? Or will the BU program still be a better choice because it is more prestigious (even in the eyes of UMDNJ NJMS or RWJ)? Any thoughts are much appreciated!

GPA 3.11 (MCB and Anthropology double major at Vanderbilt University)
MCAT 29 10V 10PS 9 BS
>1 yr of molecular research (1 publication)
currently doing clinical research until Aug. hoping for at least 1 publication
lots of ecs and very good recommendations
