Anyone have any thoughts on this school for NJ residents? How about for someone not interested in primary care?

Also, what are instate admissions like for UMDNJ-Robert Wood Johnson?

Check out MSAR. But I think the acceptance rate for state residents is ~27% (~1000 applied, ~600 interviewed, and ~270 accepted). They are really focused on primary care and I heard that they don't give you much elective time to pursue specialty training of your choice, so something like surgery, the applicant is at a disadvantage when it comes time to apply for residency. You might want to apply to NJMS which I think has a higher acceptance rate than RWJ. Also, I don't think they focus on primary care as much with well-rounded clinical teaching. Good luck!
