Hello friends. I just thought I'd solicit your opinions about Michigan, Ann Arbor, NYC, etc. Whattaya think? I go to undergrad at Michigan now, and I have no idea what NYC or cornell's PBL would be like.

Unless you have a desire to be in NYC and come from a wealthy family or something, go to Michigan. You'll have your family network to support you and lower tuition. Search for threads on PBL to see if its right for you.

Michigan has some of the most gloomiest and coldest days - plus, the crappiest roads I've ever driven on --- stay away!

Agree. Michigan will provide you with similar opportunities to Cornell and it would be much more affordable (you would save about $40k on tuition alone).
